This Gentle Yoga Series is a slow, accessible practice where we will focus on breath, nurture the body through intentional movement and longer held postures. Perfect for those new to yoga or those that seek to reduce stress, improve balance, build strength & flexibility without strain and calm the nervous system while winding down at the end of the day.
Payment must be made in order for your spot to be held. Space is limited and registration is required.

When to arrive:
Please show up 5-10minutes early to setup your mat. Doors will be locked at 7pm and class will begin promptly.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat (if you do not own one let me know and I will provide one for you)
Comfortable Clothing (try dressing in layers… bring a sweater, warm socks)
A Blanket (if you are a person that runs cold, this will be helpful to stay warm when resting at the end of practice)
Optional: Yoga Props if you have some that you like to use at home, bring them. (All other necessary props if they a required during practice will be provided).
