GENTLE YOGA SERIES

$80.00

Wednesdays at 7-8pm | March 19th - April 16th

This series includes 5 sessions, we will meet Every Wednesday 7:00-8:00PM from March 19th-April 16th. (Currently Registration is open & 2 spots are open to new participants!)

Location: Saskatoon

Series Information: Each Session in our Gentle Yoga Series will begin with a warm-up yoga sequence to help loosen up muscles, joints, and tissues. After warm up, you’ll be guided through a gentle-flow-yoga sequence, working to stretch, strengthen and move the body in a fun way by “flowing” from one yoga posture to the next. Each session we will add another posture or two into this sequence. Towards the end of the practice we will wind-down in a few relaxing yoga postures, and a moment of rest to end.

Payment must be made in order for your spot to be held. Space is limited and registration is required.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga Mat (if you do not own one let me know and I will provide one for you)

  • Comfortable Clothing (try dressing in layers… bring a sweater, warm socks)

  • A Blanket (if you are a person that runs cold, this will be helpful to stay warm when resting at the end of practice)

  • Optional: Yoga Props if you have some that you like to use at home, bring them. (All other necessary props if they a required during practice will be provided).
