


SUMMER YOGA SERIES
Let’s Explore: Gentle Yoga
Wednesdays at 7-8pm | June 18th - July 16th
This series includes 5 sessions, we will meet every Wednesday 7:00-8:00PM from June 18th-July 16th. (Currently Registration is open & *updated: 2 spots left!*
Location: Christina’s Art & Soul Studio, 213 19th Street W, Saskatoon.
Series Information: Each Session will begin with a warm-up to help loosen up muscles, joints, and tissues. After warm up, you’ll be guided through a sequence, working to strengthen, move the body in a fun way and stretch. Towards the end of the practice we will wind-down in a few relaxing postures, and a moment of rest to end. Beginners are welcome!
Payment must be made in order for your spot to be held. Space is limited and registration is required.

When to arrive:
Please show up 5-10minutes early to setup your mat. Doors will be locked at 7pm and class will begin promptly.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat (if you do not own one let me know and I will provide one for you)
Comfortable Clothing (try dressing in layers… bring a sweater, warm socks)
A Blanket (if you are a person that runs cold, this will be helpful to stay warm when resting at the end of practice)
Optional: Yoga Props if you have some that you like to use at home, bring them. (All other necessary props if they a required during practice will be provided).
